Hi everyine,
I'm fairly new to forum although have been reading it for a few months.
I feel really fed up with my phd at the moment. I am almost at the end of my second year and feel like I am going nowhere fast. I am trying desperately to stay motivated but it's so hard. My supervisor seems happy- but i just want to cry with it.
Any advice to keep going??

read the PhD life section of this site. its a nice read when your feeling a bit down.

i havent met one PhD student who at some point in their PhD feels, their project is going no where quick. You will get there eventually. if your supervior is happy, sounds like your not doing to badly!

Yes this is totally normal I'm afraid. I go through cycles of being very fed up and only shere bloody-mindedness keeps me going.
