Hi,
I'm a Master Student who sneaked in through the open door ,)
My question is: Is there any place to find co-authors for scientific papers on the internet?
I would really love to get started at writing articles, but my co-students are quite disinterested an most profs not very research active.
Any advice how to find someone who is willing to help me getting a start there?
Thanks

Are you a member of any academic or professional societies that relate to your research area? This might be a start, but they might be after PhD co-authors...I'm not sure, I am not a scientist - just humanities where collaborative work is rare.
Also look at the academic mailing lists on Jiscmail You could perhaps send out a message to people in your research area through that.
