Click on the 'Search Database' or 'New Projects' tabs. There's lots of physics related PhD's on offer. You can even type in a keyword to search for a topic that interests you. e.g. type 'fluid','superconductor' etc. Good Luck.

Depends on your current qualifications. If you have a decent master's from India (Which I assume is your home country), I know that the National University of Singapore gives out funded phDs, especially in the Engineering department. I am an undergrad there, and the place has lots of postgrads from India/ China.

This site would have all info on schols/deadlines/ admission criteria at NUS, but u'd need to browse thru a bit. And also, they ask for GRE scores.
