So is everyone working hard or are we all wtching Britain's Got (no) Talent?

J

Of course I am only doing it to spend quality time with my children - obviously I'd rather be in the dining room working on PhD

D

Yes, Jepsonclough, of course you would ;-)

I've just been out for dinner with my friend and just got back and put the results on. Not sure who I want to win to be honest, I quite like that old lady and twist and pulse.

We're not watching Britain's Got Talent in my house, but hugely enjoyed Doctor Who earlier.

Now I'm surfing on the Internet, with my laptop on my lap.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO The nice old lady missed her cue and when she started singing she was mostly out of tune.
Best act won and the "mad cat lady" but-with-a-dog had to be told to leave - result!

Oh to be fair I didn't see any of the performances tonight I only got home about half hour ago.

I was quite impressed with the winning act I must admit.

I've been watching BGT. I think Spellbound had to win, although I love that kid with the drums, and the vampire dancer bloke. I don't really get twist and pulse though.

We should form a group from people on here, the PGFs!

I watched the results but not the rest of it, I was getting soooo sick of it lol - the week when all the semis are on and then the final is just too much for me - this year was dire :-/ I hated the kid with the drums, ooh aren't I mean??? But seriously, if he'd said 'I'm over the world' once more I'd have attacked him with his drum sticks lol. I think the best act won - I saw their audition and it was amazing and they way they catapaulted that boy straight over the judges... how???? It seems like a really good act for the Royal Variety and I'm just sooooo glad a dance troup didn't win again this year. I did feel sorry for Christopher Stone though - great singer - hopefully he can give up the accountancy and take up singing professionally.
