I had to quite my PhD study due to family commitment (my baby was very ill) just before finising my study. I have now completed the thesis by myself.

Dose anyone know which universities could award me PhD degree by submitting my self-completed thesis without spending another 3 years?

I would have thought the first point of call would be your former university and / or your former supervisors.
