I'm presenting again next week, still makes me nervous! There is definitely no substitute for practice, and definitely talk aloud when you practice. Time yourself to make sure you are within the time limit (bear in mind that nerves may make you slightly quicker for the real thing). If you are well practiced, it does gives you confidence. Good luck, sure you'll be great!
