I need help with create a graphic with Graphpad Prism 5.

I need to create two title rows on the x-axis. Well I am not quite sure how to explain it (I have pics if somebody wants to see them? But cannt post them here)

I have a set of data which are positive or negative for two different things and I need to show this on the x-axis.

Sorry my English is not so well ... If someone has a clue about Graphpad Prism I would like to send the pictures to show what I really mean...

I'm not too great at using the software either but can give it a try if you PM me.
