I'm graduated from Bachelor's Degree(Educational Communication Technology)
1.I want to apply in PhD , Can I do that without Master Degree? B.Ed.>Ed.D (I know somewhere can do like that but I just want to know Can Top 100 University with Funding have it?)
2.Have a easy chance for being lecturer and How long to be?
3.How about Job in Future? Postdocs? Researcher? lecturer? OR unemployed?
4.How long for get a some job relative after graduate?
5.How many salary about Postdocs and lecturer

2. chances of being a lecturer after a PhD are about 5% in the UK I think. Takes 8-10 years in science
3. Postdoc, research, unemployed: yes. Lecturer, see above
4. You can get a job straight away after finishing PhD or it might take years
5. Postdoc salary in UK is about £25-33k, lecturer is £30-40k entry level
