I am from india. i have completed my M.Sc in biotechnology.
I wish to do Ph.D in field of biotechnology.. but i am worried about funding. i want to do Ph.D on self funding... can u please guide me? and is it necessary to pass TOEFL for getting ph.\D fellowship

I think yes it is required to pass an english exam. You need to find the PhDs you want first, and the unis you want to apply to. Go to the sister website findaphd.com and search for the PhD you want. Then send an application enquiry with a CV (note that the cv should have RELEVANT information wuch as relevant work experience). Alternatively, you could email the supervisors directly.
