One way to do it is to ask your academics if they have any contacts with German Universities or Institutes. The next think to do is to search in the web the top 10-15 Universities in Germany and then go to each individual site and search forwhat you want........A third option (which is a bit expensive!) is to buy a plane ticket and go to Germany yourself and combine vacations with job hunting!
