Hey all,
Currently I'm doing cluster analysis on the terminals of a specific cell type in the spinal cord. I generated an image of the spinal cord section with everything eliminated (cell bodies, axons, dendrites,...etc) and only the terminals of interest remaining as clustered dots in several regions inside the section contours. Now I can see that there are clusters in specific regions in the sections but I need to visualize them using a heatmap (colormap) or a density plot that will replace all the dots with colors ranging in intensity according to the number of dots per specific area unit. I did my search but I haven't found a method or an appropriate software that would do that for me. Any technical support or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
Lina
