i applied for a MA program and got a conditional offer letter since i have not completed my degree. The uni asked for my reply to accept the offer within 8 weeks. However i have not receive any confirmation from my sponsorship yet (i applied for a sponsorship). Is it possible to just accept the offer even if I am not unsure about my sponsorship status? The reply form did have a 'sponsorship pending' option. But what if i dont get the sponsorship?

Well, they can't make you do your MA if you don't get the sponsorship, so you may as well accept it now and decide later.
