Hi,
I am second year PhD student in Business school. I could not find time in the last 3 semesters to do research since I have been doing course work which is tough!
Now, for winter beak I want to be productive and need some advice from whom were successful in PhD program!
Any recommendation is appreciated (about, how to read papers? do I need to read the whole paper? How to take notes? and etc.)
I'm not really sure what you're asking advice about...research in general or doing a literature review? What is the coursework you have had to focus on, is this related to your PhD?
I think if you're asking how to read papers and conduct a literature review, I'm not even sure how you got onto a PhD as this is a pretty basic skill. I would recommend attending some training courses about reviewing literature.
