Hi folks,
I am a Ph.D. student in Spain in the field of polymer science (chemical engineering). My project is being sponsored by a leading eu polymer company. I am worried about the future as Spain is not a good place to obtaining Ph.D. some says.
can you please tell me about; how easy; getting jobs in Spain/Europe/USA. I mean, what are the chances. IS IT WORTH TO DO A PH.D. IN SPAIN OR just waisting valuable 4 years. One more thing I am not allowed to publish results, as they are confidential, acco to company.
Thanx for reading.......
Polymer science is a very dynamic field of research. My research involves synthesising novel polymer materials of certain properties and characterising them. It is a good area, and Spain is a good country academically (from what Andrea told me), so I wouldn't give it a second thought but take it up with relish. Good luck
