I have two ideas about my research, they are related but not the same. Can I send two proposals to the dept and ask them which one is better? is it better to send them at the same time or send one firstly and if it is not good, then send the alternative one? Thanks
This is not really our area - as you will have noticed FindAPhD is largely geared towards study in the sciences. I would expect there's no harm in sending in both proposals, but make sure they are concise and well written. You should also be carefull to write to the correct person. Check out each relevant departments web site and see what their procedures are. Look for individual academics working in your area of interest or for the 'postgraduate research admissions tutor'.
