Hi, I'm currently an undergraduate student studying History and Psychology. Looks like I'm going to get a 2:1 or a 1st (if i have no social life for the next year!)
I just need a little advice on where to go from here, I would love to do a Phd, but have heard you need work experience or just to be a bit older to be in with a chance of success. Have found an MSc Organisational Psychology, think this would be a good way to improve my chances of a successful Phd application? I would hate to waste the money and a year if you know what I mean?

Hmm... I would suggest speaking to someone (probably an academic) in your department. You might get some useful advice.
