I am currently pursuing my masters in Sweden ,I have got an opportunity to do my Master thesis in a University in Switzerland. In short my thesis is to Charecterize and develop a cell model which will be used for checking the transport of drugs. Do I have an opportunity for a Phd?

Have you tried searching on the findaphd forum or via google? You need to find out which universities have departments that do this kind of work and then contact them to see if they have any phd places. Or even ask your masters supervisor for some advice.
