Italy Meets Germany: A Forum for Young Leaders (IMG) is a network of students and young professionals who have an interest in exploring and supporting Italian-German Relations. Participants join the forum by taking part in an IMG Weeklong Seminar, following which they are encouraged to conduct their own research and organize their own activity in the field. ICD Weeklong Seminars are targeted at students and young professionals with an active interest in Italy and Germany.
As an independently developed and organized program, IMG offers a unique opportunity to come together and foster wider, deeper relations on an academic, cultural and political level. This in turn will develop a wider understanding of intercultural issues, promote personal growth, and contribute to the creation of innovative policy-oriented solutions to issues affecting all countries and cultures.
Conference Location
Based in Berlin, the conference will be hosted at a number of important political, historic, and cultural locations across the city.
Conference Speakers
Speakers during the Conference will include head of state and ministers, leading figures and experts from international politics, economics, academia, diplomacy, civil society, and the private sector. The speakers will also include a number of individuals from the ICD Advisory Board.
Conference Participants
Participation in the Conference is open to governmental & diplomatic officials, academics, artists, journalists, civil society practitioners, private sector representatives, young professionals and students as well as other interested individuals from across the world.
