Hi. Due to my current circumstances, going to a traditional college is unfeasible. I've been looking at a couple online colleges (Art Institutes and Baker College). Please help me.
Thanks In Advance.
Do UCAS still publish those MASSIVE directories on Degrees? Or is it all online these days? (I applied for Undergrad in Oct 2001!!) If so, if its undergrad courses you're looking for, surely that should be where to look? If not, surely the governments education info pages should have something?
Check out www.mycaliforniacolleges.com. They offer a free scholarship search for California Accredited Schools, and Accredited California Colleges. You plug in information that pertains to you and it will send you an email of scholarships/grants that fit your criteria. You'd be amazed at what you can get scholarships for these days!
I think the suggestion to look for an appropriately accredited university and programme is a sound one. Just because something is online however does not mean it is not sound. You might want to doublecheck the credentialling body as well to make sure it is one that has recognition sufficient to suit your aims following your degree.
Are these threads being started up by people who want to advertise particular websites, and are doing it in the guise of posting these threads to ask and answer their own questions. Again, this forum is for PhDs in the UK, not online undergraduate degrees in the United States.
For those fed up with this forum, there is the ***other**** forum.
