Looking for a PhD vacancy in chemistry

M

Hi all,
I am looking for a PhD vacancy in chemistry and I was wondering if You could give me some information how a recruitment process looks?
In two situations the recruiter asked for a copy of master thesis. I am a bit afraid, because on the basis of my masters a publication will be issued. I do not want to share (yet)the information, but on the other hand, don't want to lose the opportunity for a PhD. Is it normall that they ask for a copy of master thesis? When applying should I send all documents including transcript of records, CV, application form, cover letter, references etc., or a CV and application form is enough for the first stage? Please help :)

mietka, if you are waiting on a publication for your master's thesis, then just say that is why you cannot give them a copy.

If you are just applying for a position, then at the first stage I would be suprised if you need to send anything more than your CV and a covering letter.
