I have completed my Master in Computer Application in 2000 from India
I have 6+ years of working experience in Software.
Currently I am in USA. I have already left my job there in India. I want to get into the PhD program.

What preparations I need to do to get into PhD program

What would be timeline to get into and complete PhD program

What would be the cost and how I could afford it or may be get scholarship if possible
