Masters without a Degree

D

I'm an EU National and I haven´t finished my degree in Social Policy. I've finished my 4th year but I haven´t done the final project, my question is would I be successfully accepted in a Masters Degree? I've been enroled as a full-time student in Business Administration, but the drive is not the same!! I would like to do a masters!!

G

I'm a little unclear....you anticpate attaining the BA/BSc or you have failed to complete?

D

I haven't finished,by missing to deliver the final project in Portugal, so by British standarts I still don't know were I stand.

G

Find out where you stand (and finish it). No decent UK Uni's (and none of the lesser ones either) will touch you without a undergrad degree (unless you are a older mature student with 'significant' relevant work experience. The short answer is virtually certaintly NO.

D

Easier said than done! The programme degree which I was under was restructured and doing so, I would have to do another year in Portugal, adding 5 years to a degree and I would finish with a masters in an area which I'm not really interested!!

G

Well that is a matter for yourself, but (IMO) no UK University would accept you as the matter stands. Good luck.

V

Yes Golfpro is right. Your uni messing it up for you makes no difference.
