With a day to go before having to hand my panel work in, I am now unplugging the net connection. I vow to have my work done by the time I log back on. (well at least 2/3 done!)

I don't know if there is one, but I hope there's a place for us. I start my PhD in June just as I hit the big four-oh. What a way to deal with a mid-life crisis. I can't wait to get going.

i deactivated my facebook account a few weeks before my first year review. it didnt save me but then again i think my project was doomed from the start.
