Hello Everyone !

I am a PhD student and my area is management sciences particularly human resource management. I am doing thesis on high performance work system. I badly need a scale for organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance as soon as possible. Though, i found several scales but they were not relevant to my study. If anyone has these scales then please share with me.
