What to choose between an MPhil and a job offer in public sector as an assistant commercial officer?

Thanks for the reply. The job i was offered is to some extent related to my field, but i have always wanted to be a researcher. The thing is i need financial assistance that is why i seem confused of what to take.

It might be possible to accept the job offer, work there for a year or two. You may then be able to take on a research project in your company that a university would approve suitable for a PhD. So in the end, you would have contributed something substantial to your company and obtained your degree as well.

Just an idea.
