Hi
I wanted to know what the standard of applicants that are awarded ORS scholarships is like. I graduated with a first class honours in Zoology from a good UK Uni and want to do a PhD in Conservation and was wondering what my likelihood of getting an ORS is, and how I can improve my chances. Any advice / experience appreciated!
The standard of the successful applicants is very high, but a First from a good UK university is a very good start. Deadlines for different universities vary, but you'll need to get yourself accepted by a supervisor and submit your application in the next few weeks. Before you accept an offer of a PhD place make sure you haven't missed this years ORS deadline for that institution.
