I got a 2(ii) in my first biosciences degree, did a Msc in, and have been working in a CRO for the last 3 years. However I wish to do a PhD now. Has anyone been in a similar situation?

3 years post-grad experience in a research environment can only be a bonus. I also worked for 3 years (in research lab) before PhD and found it very useful to already have some research experience at the start of my project.

I graduated molecular biology in may2000,M.Sc.march 2004 and have been working in research for more 4 years, now I want to go for a PhD, and I find this previous experience useful for my future work...
