Hello.
I am currently writing applications for PhD research and I have one university that has asked me to include a provisional work plan with my application. I'm not sure how specific this should be or what form it should take. Has anyone written one of these I could look at? Or does anyone know where I could see an example of a well-written plan on the web?

A Gantt Chart would perhaps do. Proposed timetable for research in the vertical column, including the elements Lit Review, Research Methods, Data Collection, Data Analysis, Writing Up, Conclusions and in the horizontal column the activites in months, e.g. Oct-March 2008/2009, Apr - Sep 2009 etc.
