I got a 2:2 in BSc pharmacology, but then i studied master degree in drug delivery (pharmaceutics), and I passed it with a pass, can I get fund for PhD in pharmaceutics, or I cant as I got 2:2 and not 2:1?, I am a British and home student.

Your Masters degree in combination with your 2(ii) means that you are eligable to apply for most UK PhD studentships.
