There are some funding issues with me,I tried all possibiltites but unable to atract any funding yet.
Secondly I am Indian,I also less probability of me being allowed to travel abroad.
ANY CAN SUGGEST ANYTHING TO HELP ME OUT OF THESE GRAVE CIRCUMSTANCES

I really don't know what answer you expect. You asked the same question a couple of days ago and you will get broadly the same answers again here.

To be blunt maybe there is a reason you are not attracting funding, as funding tends to go to the best candidates. All I can personally suggest is you contnue to apply via the usual channels. No magic answers I am afraid. Good luck.
