HI all,I'm lecturer in Pharmacology in Medical College of Nepal. I'm trying for the PHD in USA and getting for the responses. I'm confused that first I should get the Prof. who will supervise me or I should process the application before hand. Help me out.

I extremely want to know the answer of such question.

In the USA you can apply for the PhD place first and then attempt to get funding, but you may find that it is possible to secure funding before hand, which will make it easier to get a place.
