Prepare by familiarizing yourself with the work being done by the lab-have a look at the lab's website and take a look on pubmed. Also, try and think of some relevant questions of your own that you would like to ask. Be prepared to tell them what you think you want to be doing in five or ten years' time. Everyone knows you can't plan exactly what you'll be doing then, but they will want to know that you have thought about it and have some sort of plan.
Good luck!
Read over any research projects you've done i.e. your Honours project, and perhaps bring your thesis along to the interview/send it off to the supervisors in advance to give them an idea of your research experience. Pay atention during the interview - don't stare out the window or look at your hands!! Show you know a little bit about what the proect is about, and think of reasons why that project really appealed to you in the first place. Also where do you think the research is going?? What could you contribute to it??
