Iam a Post-Graduate in Bio-chemistry from India. I just have 6months of experience in research. I want to take up Phd programme in Bio-chemistry. I want to support myself with a part-time job as well. Could anyone suggest me the universities for the Phd programme as well as part-time job?

You can see the details whatever you want regarding German studies at www.daad.org. The DAAD organisation is in India. Also, according to German policies, you can't work there, coz, you can't get permission for that. However, you can do as a part time work for MAXIMUM of 90 days only.
