Hi,
When a PhD thesis fully relies on books, articles, reports and regulations, what is the response to: (what is your methodology) question? And (what is your research methods) question?
I rely fully on primary and secondary data. I outline and discuss some theories, specific provisions from regulations and discuss them in detail. Of course, I look into various ideas and thoughts of main theorists in the topic and comment on them.
I was planning to collect some data by undertaking some interviews but the supervisor asked me to forget about them as he feels that it is not necessary.
In my upcoming review with the panel I will be asked about my methodology and research methods, of course, and I would like to get an idea on what my answer should be!!
I am a foreign student so excuse me if my question looks silly!
Thanks,
