hey guys am coming to uk on a university funded Phd studentship. Though so many questions on the job description. do you ave to be in office monday to friday? am doing my own project but they said i will be involved in other research activities and some teaching.

accomondation do i stay outside compus or inside the halls
do i do flatshare or studio.

PhD's are fairly open, most people do as much as they can when ever they can, though treating it like a 9-5 job and being in the office between those hours can help keep you sane. But you don't HAVE to be in the office 9-5!
Most people flat share or get a studio as universities don't offer halls to PhD students!
