I just finished my viva but my internal examiner is going on holiday today itself, from whom can i get my corrections sign off????

Could you email him the corrections to check over? Or was there someone else in your department present at the viva? Maybe you should try to speak to your internal before he goes away, or else speak to someone in your department/faculty (head of department, head of postgrad).
