I'd suggest buying a printing press, and a lot of paper.

Since speeds seems to be an important factor here, my printer is always faster when I use the 'draft' setting.

Its simple, all u need 2 do is just edit ur thesis. Try to keep to less than 20 pages, lesser the better. Spice up with latest references. Another important thing is pls ensure that u put extra effort on the format, consistency on the structure, etc. Perhaps u can have a look at sample articles from where u intends to get ur thesis published. Don’t rush.
