Can anyone point me to a question bank or some examples of questions about influence?

For example:
Do you think ....has a positive influence on ......?

I'm concerned that my questions may be leading so need to try and get my head around this.

Social sciences. the questionnaire is for young people and I'm trying to gauge the impact of specific services like youth clubs but don't want my question to be leading?

Do you think... has any influence on...

a. yes, positive
b. yes, negative
c. no
d. unsure

?

Just a guess... I'm not a social scientist...

Is it for a quantitative or a qualitative study? If it's quant, then questions like the one TreeofLife suggested would work very well (you could also ask them to rate influence on a 1-9 scale ranging from negative to positive influence, as another example). If it's a qualitative study and you're asking more open-ended questions for them to write their own answers, try to ask them in such a way that you're not suggesting positive or negative influence (like the example Lizzie gave).
