It depends what subject you want to do and where you're from. If you are not a UK or EU citizen it is unlikely that you will be eligible for a full scholarship for the three years, unless the money comes from your own government.
The Association of Commonwealth Universities may be a good place to start. As you will know India has a very large number of well educated people like yourself - competition for any funding which is available is intense.
It is possible to receive more than one scholarship, but priority would usually be given to students with no sources of funding.
i am in the same boat as jim from india, i am struggling with finding funding, i am only concerned about the first year, really to get started. my research is basically looking at the linkage between regional conflict and poverty alleviation vis-a-vis community devlopment. i really need help with funding just for the first year. perhaps someone might have useful info. as to where i can look, since as a foreign student there isn't much in the offing regarding funding.
