I want to go on with my PhD in Linguistics: Bilingualism and code switching after a MSc that I completed this year. I contacted my university and the person in charge suggested to do some internet searches to see if I can identify any academics in the UK who are interested in the area I am planning to work in because nobody is working on that at my university. I would like to take a PhD in politics and International Relations, preferably in Germany. Can anyone offer an advice on what best to do? I am interested in EU-Africa relations.Thanks
