I would like the forum to please guide me on how I can succeed in getting an appropriate academic/postdoc job in my field. I am a specialist in Curriculum Development at both PhD and Master's levels and Bachelor of Arts Education in Arabic. The PhD programme has been certified since 2018. I started my career as an Arabic Teacher in a Secondary School where I served voluntarily for 22 months (March 1991 to December, 1992).

I later join the Federal Civil Service, where I have been working December 1992 to date as an Executive Officer (Admin). During this career, I had striven to upgrade and update my self with acquisition of further knowledge and skills in the above areas of academic specialization.

I had also served as a Part-Time Lecturer of Arabic Methodology for additional 3 months in a State College of Education at the Diploma for Arabic and Islamic Studies Unit.

Kindly help me so that I can be on my appropriate track of job career in line with my academic pursuits.
