First thing you want to do is look for a program you are interested in. You can google something like ´masters in ...' Also, you will need to take a TOEFL test to prove your proficiency in English. Those would be the first steps I would take: find some schools you are interested in and start the work, you may have to take a GRE too!
I'm from the US, blundered on to this forum accidently. You will need to not only take, but do well on TOEFL as well as the Grad. Record Exam. You will also either have to be a stellar student with a lot of experience to get funding, or prove by showing bank statements and stuff, that you can afford the tuition. But we have a lot of foregin students, so yo ucould probably find a place that suits you well.
