Take a break after undergrad before doing postgrad? Or go straight in?

A

I'm a bit stuck for what to do to be honest. I'm a couple of months off finishing a Bsc in Biology. The first two years of my degree were a bit hit and miss, I loved it but I finished second year thinking I definitely didn't want to do any more eduction and that I wanted to get a job after uni.
However, third year has been awesome! I've loved every second of it, i'm not sure, maybe it's because there is more focus on independent work and getting on with things and that is what I am good at. I've spent hours and hours in the library working really hard, I'm probably on for a 2:1 overall, a couple of disappointing modules have bought me down.
Anyway, I've secured a job for after university. It's a graduate position in production for a company that makes pet food. I worked really hard to get it and now I have it yes I am pleased but these last few months I've really felt like I want to continue with education...
The dilemma is what to do?
Is it bad to take a break from education?
The position is 2 years long and at that point I will be operating at manager level so my gut feeling is to go for it and mull over postgraduate study for those 2 years and apply for masters/PhDs in the time being. I think that's sensible since I really haven't considered funding options or anything like that, I don't even fully understand the system.
I'm 21 now and if I take this job I won't be starting my postgrad study until i'm 23. Would I be too old?

The reason i'm posting this is because this weekend has been an absolute nightmare for me so far. I haven't been able to focus on my uni work because I think it finally hit me that uni is nearly over. What would you do?
