I'm fairly new to the whole PhD life but I do aspire to live and research in another country during my PhD and I was just wondering if any of you have travelled to far off regions of the world? Is it a good experience and do you recommend it?
hi Intheheadplease
I have done a fair share of travelling; this sounds a bit weird but I think astrology (birthdate maybe) (time of birth) (and my palm lines) may have something to do with it HAHAAHAHAHAHA
My family is not well off either; but somehow I have had lots of opportunity to travel.
When I got married I thought that was the end of it; but soon I was travelling again.
yes i recommend it; if there is a good opportunity to live and research in another country go for it :-)
