Hi Everyone!
I am in the huge dilemma. The theoretical framework I adapted for my doctoral study seems flawed now.The framework is extensive however I am interested mainly in some part of it. I wonder if it is wise to still adapt it for my study. Moreover the framework although not directly but indirectly supports privatisation of public services while my view is against it, which I already have mentioned in the LR. Apart from these, the framework just rightfully conveys the message of the need of my study.
I am really worried if I should use this framework? I need a framework to collaborate the key concepts and sum up the need of the study.
Many thanks in advance.
@Chococake: Thanks for your suggestion I have make it that way
@pd1598: What do you mean by too vague? As I mentioned the framework (I found after a lot of hardwork) I adapted conveys the message for the need of my study. But the agency that produced it as well as the framework are accused of promoting capitalist economy and criticised by many in my field. I have created completely new framework stating the criticism but using some of the key players from the original framework.
But I am afraid the framework will sink me in the Viva and I will get RR. Hence I would like to have suggestions as well as insight for the infamous question of theoretical framework. Also I wonder if anyone encountered similar situation in the exam.
Thanks
