I am wondering if anyone could suggest a good textbook reading that discusses ways to ensure trustworthiness in cross-cultural qualitative research (issues of data translation, interpretation and audit trail).

Pranee Liamputtong - Performing Qualitative Cross-Cultural Research - from what I remember this does discuss these areas and as you asked for a textbook, this is the best one I can think of.
