It depaends on the quality of the research group to which you are applying. Having said that, unless the one in Ireland is in a bad research group, you should probably go for the one that's fully funded.
You should also consider for example, what quality of supervision you would recieve (this isn't necessarily related to the reputation of the research group as a whole), how many conferences you would be able to attend etc. etc. There are a number of other factors that might seem fairly trivial at this point in time but could mean the difference between a fulfilling phd and one that's not so. Although, money is very important of course!
Thank you for your advices. I prefer my study in Ireland to in UK because of full scholarship. The quality of the research groups in both UK and Ireland are not big different.
However I am worried whether or not the Irish qualifications are recognised and respected throughout the world as UK?
Please let me know will I have many job opportunities if I graduated from Ireland?
