I am in a four year MSc/PhD intergrated progrramme. In the first year of the progrramme, I took lectures and did lab rotations, which are part of the programme.I succesfully completed the first year. In second year(October), I chose the 3 year PhD project. Unfortunately, the things are not ok with the lab. Hence, I decided to quit. Just wondering what degree I have:MSc or BSc.

I guess you have your undergrad BSc but it also sounds like you have completed a year long MSc. You need to check with your department to make sure you will be awarded it.
