Hey yall, I'm looking for a chance to further my education, but I got quite distorted information from the internet about the phd school life as a engineering student as some1 says they can't even sleep for more than 3 hours a day, while some1 posted their photos taken during a pretty wild party. Some1 sobs out they feel despair spending whole week 24 in the lab while some1 posts logs about cooking with schoolmates and exchanging recipes.
So what exactly is it like?
I'm jus trying ta find out if I'll be capable at this. I really do not want to live a life that you can't even rest quite well, at least not everyday. Or is it depends solely on yourself, like you wanna make it to the dean's list then you got be tough or if your gonna finish a 7-year longrun in a 5-year dash, or is it true that even you jus wanna be an average Joe but you'll still have to push the envelop?
Any information will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
