I am extremely passionate about writing, folklore and mythology.

I am currently thinking about progressing my career by going back to University. My ultimate goal is to work as a publisher/commissioning editor or lecturer (folklore/religion/anthropology)

I need advise regarding what subjects to study. I already have a undergraduate qualification (BA equivalent) in Translation.

Which route do I take to open more doors?

Do a Masters in Publishing and a PhD in Mythology and Occultism?

or

Do a Masters and PhD in Mythology and Occultism

or

Do a BA in Anthropology/Classical Studies, Masters in Publishing and PhD in Mythology and Occultism?

Admittedly, I am leaning towards the third option (although lengthy!), however any help/opinions would be appreciated.

Not my area at all. But do you know people/companies with the jobs you want afterwards? Or even just current job adverts. Find out what qualifications are they have/ask for and plan from there? Just a thought.
